Aptera Electric Typ-1

Aptera claimed fuel efficiency of 230 mpg at 55 mph (1.0 L/100 km at 90 km/h). This would make it one of the most fuel-efficient cars in the world.
Aptera Motors has set the price at US$26 900 for the all-electric Typ-1e, and US$29 900 for the plug-in hybrid Typ-1h.
Despite being classified as a motorcycle in many states, the Aptera will incorporate safety features normally found in cars.
It will use LED running and interior lights to reduce energy consumption. A solar panel mounted on the roof of the vehicle prevents the interior from getting about 1˚ to 2˚ above the ambient temperature, while simultaneously charging the battery.
The seats can be heated or cooled by forced air, both for comfort and efficiency reasons.
